How do I make a purchase?
We offer 3 easy ways to order.
1. You can order online through our online shop.
2. You may call and place an order by calling 715-803-4910
3. You may download and print our order form. Just fill it out and send it in with payment.
How do I pay for my purchase?
Online: We accept all credit cards in our online store which go through the Paypal Checkout. Phone: By calling we also except credit cards over the phone.
Order Form: We accept credit cards, Check, and money order for payment.
When will my item ship?
Our ship by day is listed on the top right of our home page. It is usually around the 1st of December.
How much is shipping?
We ship free to the lower 48 states. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $9.95
How is my item shipped?
We ship via Fedex and USPS. We will notify you by email on the tracking information once item is shipped.
How do I preorder for next year?
To preorder for next year just click on product info on any item in the shop, then on the product info page it gives a drop down box option to preorder.

Can I request a Ship by Date?
We are working on an updated shopping cart which will let you request special instructions and a Ship by Date. For the time being if you would like the order to be shipped by a certain date please email us after your order has been placed with the date you would like it shipped by.
